Returns Policy

At Pop Bakery, every cake POP is handmade with care, creativity, and chocolate. We hope you love your order as much as we loved making it!

Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.



❌ We Do Not Accept Returns

As all our cake POPs are:

  • Made to order

  • Perishable

  • And often custom-designed

We are unfortunately unable to accept returns once your order has been delivered.



📦 If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We take great care with our packaging and use protective materials to ensure your cake POPs arrive safely. However, if your order arrives significantly damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • Email us at info@popbakery.co.uk

  • Include your order number

  • Attach clear photographs of the damaged items and the packaging

We’ll review your case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or partial refund.



☀️ A Note About Hot Weather

Please note that while we include ice packs and take extra precautions during warmer months, we cannot guarantee condition in hot weather and are unable to refund POPs that are affected by heat during transit.



💌 Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Orders cancelled more than 72 hours before dispatch may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled within 72 hours of dispatch are non-refundable, as your POPs will already be in production.



🧾 Refunds (If Approved)

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
