Returns Policy

Do you accept returns?
Our cake POPs are handmade, perishable, and often bespoke, so we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the items and packaging. We’ll review and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or partial refund.

Do you refund orders affected by hot weather?
We pack with protective materials and include ice packs in warmer months, but we can’t guarantee condition in hot weather and can’t offer refunds for heat-related damage during transit.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cancelled more than 72 hours before dispatch may be eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled within 72 hours of dispatch are non-refundable as production has begun.
How long do refunds take to process?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
