We offer multiple UK delivery options, including:

• DPD (nationwide)

• Royal Mail

• Same-day Evermile (within London)

• Free local collection from our bakery (Monday–Sunday)

💷 How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on your postcode and preferred delivery date. Final prices are shown at checkout.

📦 How does delivery work?

On the morning of your delivery, you’ll receive a 1-hour time slot from DPD, Royal Mail, or Evermile so you can plan your day.

Please note:

• Delivery times run between 7am–7pm

• We can’t guarantee a specific time window

• All deliveries require a signature

📦 How are the cake POPs packaged?

All cake POPs are carefully packed in our signature boxes with protective zigzag paper and ice pouches (when needed) to help ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

📅 When can I receive my delivery?

We deliver Monday to Saturday.
If you prefer, you can also collect your order Monday to Sunday from our London bakery.

⏰ When should I place my order?

Please order at least 3–5 days before your event.
Our cake POPs last 10 days in the fridge, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy them at their freshest.

⚠️ Are there any delivery terms & conditions?

Yes – since our products are perishable, it’s important that someone is available to sign for your delivery. If any issues arise, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

🌍 Do you deliver worldwide?

At this time, we only deliver within the UK.

📦 Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes—please ensure someone is home. You’ll receive a one-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery to help plan your day.
