Delivery Terms and Conditions

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the selected delivery address to accept the delivery. Our cake pops are fresh, perishable food items and cannot be re-delivered. If no one is available, we will endeavour to leave the package in a safe place, such as on a front porch, or with a neighbour or co-worker.

• If there is no suitable safe place to leave the package, our courier will be unable to deliver the item. Pop Bakery cannot accept responsibility for any missing deliveries if no one is available to accept the package or if there is no safe location to leave it.

• If our drivers are directed to a loading bay, Pop Bakery cannot accept responsibility for how the cake pops are handled after delivery.

• Although we use a same-day and next-day delivery service, Pop Bakery cannot be held liable for any delays once the order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the courier. We will, however, do our best to assist with resolving any issues on your behalf.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact phone number provided are complete and accurate. Pop Bakery cannot be held responsible for missing deliveries due to incorrect or insufficient information.

• If you are collecting your order from our bakery, please wait for an email confirmation on the day of collection to let you know when your order is ready. We aim to have orders ready at store opening times. Please note that orders will be held for 48 hours before being discarded if not collected.

• Pop Bakery cannot accept liability if you choose to reschedule the delivery through our couriers. Our products are freshly made and must be delivered on the designated delivery date.

• Any delivery issues must be reported to Pop Bakery within 48 hours of the delivery date. After this time, it may be difficult to investigate or resolve the issue.

 

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! Please contact us as we are happy to help with same day delivery in London. 

You can order on our website using the speedy delivery section for next-day delivery if your order is placed before 12 pm the day prior. We ship from Monday to Saturday, and you can choose your desired delivery date at checkout.

 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across mainland UK, excluding the Scottish Highlands. The price depends on the day and time and service selected.

 

What if I need to leave a note about delivery?

You can provide any additional delivery instructions (e.g., “Leave with security at the front desk”) during checkout in the notes section. While we will pass these instructions to our courier partners, Pop Bakery cannot guarantee that they will be followed, and we are not liable for any errors made by the courier.

 

How will I know the delivery time?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from our courier with tracking information. Delivery can occur anytime between 7 am and 7 pm on the specified delivery date. DPD and Evermile will also provide a 1-hour delivery window via email or text, usually by 11 am. Please note that the delivery time slot cannot be changed.

Can I collect my items from your bakery?

Yes! You can order from our website for collection in NW3.

How long do your cake pops last?

Our cake pops will stay fresh for up to 10 days when kept in the fridge.

Can I freeze my cake pops?

Yes, our cake pops can be frozen for up to 3 months. We recommend storing them in an airtight container or their original packaging.

Do your items contain nuts?

The full list of allergens is available on each product page. However, please note that all of our products are made in a bakery that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and sulphates. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of these allergens.
